Yes you can, as long as its not limited acess interstate. I drive my tractor on the road, including a state highway often. Been doing so since I was 14, never stopped by police. Only since 2016 did we have to wear a seatbelt in a truck in Georgia.

Key words "major highway" farm to market roads don't count.

Wanna guess again?

Again with the bicycles?
I'd be a lot more thankful today if you got hit by a fucking bus.

IT seems like two black pots keep calling each other black here. Everything you keep saying is true about a car not taking the time for a cyclist, who has just as much right to use the road as a car.

I guess you miss the point so let me perhaps make it a bit clear to you with a little parable since you don't get the difference between being a selfish jerk or not.

Having an EV gives you some nice options on drive settings.

So let's say your nice fancy self important group of spandex shorts wearing bike riders all about "their right to use the road" are out for their virtue signaling ride.

Let's say there is a nice long stretch of no passing, single lane in each direction road and let's say police love to use that road to generate revenue.

Let's just say I get in front of the group a bit earlier while towing my trailer with all the correct oversized load flags fully and properly extended.

I feel like a nice slow drive enjoying the scenery, so as they are about to get behind me, I'll set the drive mode to 3mph or so with my blinkers on and enjoy hogging the road for the next few miles and they just have to walk their bikes or figure out how to go 3mph behind me or risk an at fault head on collision with oncoming traffic or risk getting a ticket from the local revenue generators.

Well, I'm fully legally within "my right" to use the road. So who cares how much of a jerk I'm being to everyone else?

He was also traveling in his lane. He has every right to ride in a traffic lane on a bicycle. You passed him in that same lane, you broke the law same as if you passed a car or motorcycle in "your" lane. What you did was dangerous, and showed the arrogance you are accusing him of having. you were to important to slow down for 30 seconds. You know that wasn't going to cause a crash.

There was a guy in town people called "Keychain." Older guy, came back from Vietnam not all there. He always got around town on a bike. Semi did what you describe yourself doing to him, couldn't slow down and wait. The truck going by too close made him crash and he was run over buy the trailer tires. He is dead. That truck driver lost his lively hood, and lost his freedom. He made a reckless illegal pass.

You seem to think that it's just a 30 second inconvenience.
NO
Try being stuck crawling along at prime rush hour for 10 to 20 minutes because some virtue signalling jerk in their short shorts wants to take up the whole car lane on the road in peak traffic when the expensive wide flat MUT is literally 3 yards to the side of the road...

Yes we have those jerks here and I'd shed no tears if they got run over when doing that kind of B.S.
(But I'm of course not going to run them over because as much of a jerk as they are being, if I hit them it would damage my vehicle and that means even more time and inconvenience for me, most likely exceeding the time and inconvenience of sitting stuck in traffic while they enjoy showing us their ass).

The first problem with that is that you're required to pull over when there are X cars behind you. Bicyclists aren't.

If you can't figure out how to safely pass a cyclist or group of cyclists, I'd suggest you turn in your license because you're obviously incapable of driving.

The second problem is that I've never once seen anyone claiming they're virtue signalling when they're riding. All anyone is ever trying to do is get in a good workout or get somewhere.

Wanna project about something else Nancy?!

awww poor thing

You need to press on the brake HOW hard? Then maybe turn the wheel a bit? Then hit the accelerator when it's safe?

If that's all you have to cry about, Karen, consider your life blessed

I guess you've never experienced how annoying cyclists make things during rush hour in dense traffic areas where you simply can't just zip around them due to traffic rules, traffic volume, lanes you need to be in oh and the mess that is caused by everybody else trying to get out of the lane because of them.

Ok you car/bike fags, go here to bitch at each other!

Why would be want to do the considerate reasonable thing and move to our own thread when we could enjoy clogging up this thread and making you have to take a few moments to scroll past us while in a rush to get your next fix of soft core nudity?

x number of cars behind you....
Says nothing about needing to pull over when x number of bicycles are behind you...

Also if there is no place to pull over to... no need to pull over.
