^^ Wrong, they both were.... ONLY one convicted Felon served time, (Martha); Snoop got probation.
THEN>..... Snoop got his record expunged (money has it's privileges).
So, they were both at one time, convicted felons; only one served time.
In 1990, he was convicted of cocaine possession and in 1993, he pleaded guilty to gun possession. In 1996, he was found not guilty of murder in a gang shooting. In 2007, Snoop pleaded guilty to other gun and drug charges (marijuana) and got community service and probation. Apparently, the cocaine and gun convictions were felonies and he couldn’t vote (because felons can’t vote) for years and years. But now his record has been expunged and he only realized it this year. So he’s going to vote for the first time ever:
