“Bombs! I don't hear any bombs! Now they're up there. They came all the way from Asia. Don't you think they'd bring a few bombs along?”

Hold the block. You can hold one block, can't you?"

Ladies and gentlemen, every where I look -- soldiers are fighting sailors, sailors are fighting Marines. Directly in front of me, I see a flying blond floozy. Everywhere I look -- everywhere, pure pandemonium -- pandemonium."

The only folks I might not recommend 1941 to are those who have a phobia of Ferris wheels. 😂

I test CNC machines as for a global company. Mazak machine tools are based in Japan. Every one I have seen is equipped with a GPS of some sort. If the machine is moved from its agreed location it will go into a "limp" mode. No automatic operation, reduced feed and speeds.
Once a machine was being moved from one plant to another. Someone had transposed 2 numbers in the serial number. I was shown the document and on itt was an affidavit stating that the machine would not be used for production of weapons of mass destruction.
Leave it to the only nation in the world to have been on the receiving end of nuclear weapons, to make sure it doesn't happen again by thier own hand.
I think it’s a DHS mandate for the GPS and mercury switch. We bought a Hass TL2 a few years back, and had to provide pictures of location inside the building, the actual building, a few of the driveway and intersections of the main road coming into the plant. All that info was sent to DHS.

PERFECTION: (PER•FECK•SHUN) NOUN When everybody is calling their hits, playing by sportsmanship, not throwing hissy fits, having an awesome time, putting on a light show with sick ass special effects muzzle devices, and running a course designed for the game.

AIRSOFT: BACKROOMS EDITION

A recently abandoned corporate office building in downtown Los Angeles is rented out to become a perfect airsoft course. The popularity of the Backrooms creepypasta led many airsoft and paintball players to create a perfect battlemap of natural twist/turns, obstacles, and the scarcity of concealment and cover means you got to do a bit of cardio and running around too. Dutch The Hooligan presents: Epic Backrooms Run:

ETA: The full auto matches where full auto, grenade launchers, miniguns, CO2 operated "strafers/sprayers", and even small fireworks are allowed seem to separate the REAL players from the soyboy whiny manbabies who are always looking for a fight. EVERYBODY playing in the full auto leagues are chill and cool as fuck. And there is a lot of innovation too. Some guys on full auto maps are even building drones that can shoot and strafe from the air, as well as drop pyrotechnics and canister bombs with precision fuses timed to airburst or explode after bouncing 1-2 times, saturating a 20 yard circle with pellets. Yeah the projectiles do hurt and you ARE gonna get shot, a lot. That is why there is special airsoft clothing and armor designed to cover a lot of places for those running heavy duty maps. If you can't take the challenges, don't play. And don't ruin it for everybody else. Simple as that...

Gonna have to read that. Lived part of it.

Lots of heroic actions by NCO's
Leadership screwups up the chain all the way to Centcom in Tampa hamstrung the troops in theatre.
Orders to limit the footprint of troops in theatre led to cascading affects.

No organic heavy fire support (artillery)

CAS was deemed sufficient (it wasnt)

Confusing Command and Control

Inaccurate intel on enemy forces and their intentions (hundreds more fighters occupied the high ground and stayed to fight instead of flee to Pakistan)

SEALs wanted into the action (replace the AFO Teams already providing intel and calling in airstrikes on enemy from their hidden observation locations ABOVE the enemy) which led to the clusterfuck on Takur Ghar (Roberts Ridge)

AC-130 (Grim 31) friendly fire attack on Green Berets and their Afghan fighters (Task Force Hammer) during the initial movement into the valley killing 2 Afghans and importantly CW2 Stanley Harriman. This tragedy basically took Task Force Hammer out of the fight before the battle began (they were to be the main effort into the valley)

This is how you tell us you like second hand refried beans without saying you like second hand refried beans.

And this girl doesn’t have enough ass to make you a doo doo salad.

Took a really good trip with my son for his 18th Birthday. He wanted to go to Pennsylvania to see a few things. He wanted to see the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the JFK aircraft carrier before they scrap it and the New Jersey Battleship. We also got to see 1 of 8 of the remaining Big Boy trains.
