I was in my shop one day and out of the corner of my eye I saw something go under the deck of my 60 inch bad boy mower , so I made the stupid mistake of getting on it and starting it and engaging the blades , WOW SHIT , there was pieces of diamond back watersnake all over the shop , must have been about 4 or 5 foot as best I could tell , what a fucking mess.

I fail to see the problem. There were two choices: Start mower or roll an M67 under the mower deck. You chose wisely.

NM resident here. Love the beauty of the state but politically the state is dominated by a bunch of leftists. Three counties control politics in the state and are populated primarily by government employees. With the exception of the extraction industries there is not a private sector. Santa Fe passes all kinds of gun laws but for the most part pretty much ignored throughout the state with the exception of three counties. Sheriffs in most of the counties refusing to enforce them and once outside the three major population centers it is pretty conservative. Our dumbass governor aspires to be a mini me of Gavin Newsom and enact the same ruinous policies. The state is near or at the bottom of every metric and the public education system is an absolute disaster but the voters keep voting for the same politicians and expecting a different result.

Hate to disagree but agriculture is the primary private industry of NM. I agree on the other points made.
