Nah, that’s some bad attempt at selecting one half of the chick and squeezing it to make her ass look smaller or tits look bigger. Or, they were trying to put a different chick’s body on top of someone else’s lower half.
My best guess is making her entire upper body bigger so her tits look bigger. Look at her upper arm.
Edit: Or shit, make her upper body bigger AND then shrank her tits? Yeah, that’s what is going on, I think.
