Let's temporarily change the laws just for this time: Kamala Harris CAN be given the 2024 Presidency IF she agrees to fight the Algerian trans boxing gold medal winner Imane Khelif in a UFC ring AND wins. Agreeing to fight is not enough, Kamala MUST also win the bout to be given the Presidency.
I'm no Bernie fan (defiantly didn't feel the burn) but that reminded me of something that (in my mind at least) is pertinent. Bernie never had a chance against Hilary once the Super PAC votes came in regardless of what their party voted for/wanted. Just like bruised knees got the party nomination this time around without a single vote from their party. That also ignores all of the donations that came in when Biden was running which after a several week hiatus he announced essentially "nah, I'm good". I don't make it a habit to argue for the Dem's personally but regardless how I feel about whatever candidate they've put up for election... I can't help but feel like that's 3 strikes in 3 elections severely jacked up (regardless of what party you adhere to). Anyway that's just me rambling and as always, rules and stuff...
"Justice for all party"... Sounds like a euphemism for a Diddy Freak-Off. Had to look it up and yep, it's cringe. If that guy got a percentage of votes, it most likely took away a small amount of Kamala's popular numbers. They are leftists from the Squad who think that Kamala/Walz is too "center" for them.
Constitution Party needs to merge with MAGA because their ideals are nearly identical with the current platform. All Patriot aligned satellite parties need to function as one.
This statue hits a little too close to home for me.
A diving buddy of mine and I were going to dive at a private cave location in FL (the owner actually owned several public dive sites, but this site was on his private, personal land where he had built his house).
During a surface interval, we were touring his house and land/gardens. His wife was an Equestrian and was tending to several of their horses. But both of them kept being interrupted by their 7 y/o son who had (best way I can say it) "behavioral issues." I don't think it was just pure "behavioral" either. I think there were other things going on (Tourette's or ADHD or something similar). He demanded his parents' attention all the time. And got very vocal (almost physical) when he didn't get it. I guess their general response to his antics is to ignore him, in the hope that he'll get tired and go do something else. Well... not this time.
The son came out to where his Mom was in the garden, tending the horses. At the top of his lungs, he yelled "POTTY!" Per SOP, the mother ignorned him. He yelled again, "P-O-T-T-Y!" And did so two more times. "In a minute, son!" the mother exclaimed, continuing to tend to the horses.
When the son realized he wasn't getting his way, he went right into the middle of the garden flowers, dropped his diaper (yes, a diaper) and created a perfect replica of the above statue in the most perfect pose. And yes, the water flowed!!!
It was all my diving buddy and I could do to keep from exploding in laughter in front of the mother (a la Beavis & Butthead's Sex Education Week)!
I can pretty much guarantee that if one of those Cockatoo's pecked on it he would never show it in public again......
