Seen it more than once. They try to quiet the inevitable rattling of said archaic unit.

You still use the old Ritchie gauges? Maybe just for R22?
I still have a bunch including some still boxed, but run my very old Testo digital set on the rare occasion of dealing with R22. Salt air kills systems faster here at the beach.
I have a set of imperials but I started using the Ritchie a couple years ago. I have a set for 410 and another for 22. Where I hang them in my truck they get trashed so I can't bring myself to buying a set of digital gauges and have them not work when I need them. Maybe if I go to an extended cab truck where I can hang them in the cab I will but hanging them in a utility bed box they take a beating. I have a couple replacement gauges in the glove box that I can screw back in if I need to.

Forrest Gump would have dragged the hose across the car and had water on the fire two minutes sooner.

Glassbreaker Knife Syndrome: A condition that lasts for about 2 weeks to 6 months and affects 100% of guys, especially the younger guys, who had just bought and is EDC'ing their first tactical assisted opening combat folding knife with glassbreaker tip on the pommel. Symptoms: An uncontrollable instinct to take a quick glance at the backseat of every parked car looking for trapped unattended infants or pets inside. Prognosis: The condition actually saves an untold number of lives every year, especially around Walmarts and bars... :ROFLMAO:

For some reason I do not understand, the Vets and staff need to relearn this every single time I need to visit their office. They either never took notes the last time, or they can't be bothered to read those notes.
Vets no different than regular docs. How many times do you have to tell your regular quack the same thing

A new vet had me put a muzzle on a pitbull/mix I had when we went to get cancer tests. I understood but it was totally unnecessary with him. When his vet techs tried to take samples from the tumor on his back, instead off pushing it in and out while maintaining negative pressure in the syringe. They just jabbed it into his tumor and wiggled it around. 😳😳😳, you could barley touch his tumor without him wincing.

I had his muzzle off when the vet came back to do it himself correctly and get a useable sample. I gave my dog a queit look at me whistle. He looked, I held the muzzle out and he stuck his face in it. The vet laughed and said, he probably doesn't need that, does he. I said, it couldn't hurt. It doesn't hurt him and now he can't hurt us. Win win.

They had nice leather muzzles in multiple sizes that were really easy to put on.
Do they have one for a 5-4 blonde I know?

I understand that. That dog doesn't have an alpha so it has assumed that role. I've been bit several times. Being in someone else's house and yard many times a day it's bound to happen. I've delt with all the breeds and levels of aggression and it's been different scenarios in each case.
I've never understood the "reach out with a hand to let a dog sniff" thing. Dogs don't do that to other dogs. I ignore them and talk to the owner. I'll let a dog sniff me and become familiar and either they will walk away or remain near but I don't ever try to pet them until they are comfortable around me. When I feel that they are comfortable I will ask the owner if it's ok to give the dog a treat. If they say yes I will make them sit and then I offer the dog a milkbone treat.
Dogs are just like people in that there's some people you like and others that you don't. Some it takes a bit of time to get to know them. I put all strange dogs in the last category until proven otherwise.
Little ankle biters are just a PITA with a Napoleon complex. I'd rather deal with a rot, doberman, shepherd or pitbull than them yapping fuckers.
This.

That is better than being in the toilet and the electrician shorts out the plant and you discover that management was too cheap to put emergency lights in there. 🤣😡

Sparky shorted 440 and blew himself across the production floor. I’m amazed that he survived.

They sell nice pelican vault storages, I have several small ones that hold important tools inside my tool bed.

No crocagator yet but about 20 years ago I watched a big old Hereford bull wandering through the woods from my climber and a couple years ago a saddled but riderless horse ran across the field at a dead run.
The bull belonged to a neighbor but I never did find out who the horse belonged to.
