Been there done that, great Arizona pastime. Tubing the Salt river.
Did that with friends back in the 90’s
The tube rental place was the easiest place to steal cars.. electric key fobs don’t like the river...
Everyone seemed to be hiding their keys
On top of a tire
Under the edge of a bumper
Etc
We were looking for a hiding spot and it looked like everyone in the parking lot was doing the same.
Every car had all valuables and a key hidden next to the car
I’m hoping that the place is as safe today as it was back then
