It's not even that special of an RV other than the bay to store a car. Which is actually pretty cool except where do you put all that stuff that used to go underneath like the black tank? I'd buy it. NOT for $1.7 million though. Not even if you threw the Caymen in. I'd say about $500,000 including the car would be more realistic. And that's giving it $$$ for what I ASSume are some very nice appointments inside.
BTW, markup on an RV for the dealer is 100%+.
Plus their "fees". And why you see such HUGE discounts offered.
They make a lot off of financing too. Usually 1% of the loan gets back to them. And why they offer HUGE discounts to finance with their bank. They operate on a similar lot plan as car dealers with the bank.
There's a lot of Gypsies in RV dealerships. Real Gypsies, not the Hollywood type.
