Finally.......some rational thought and input.
Yeah, but that ruins it for the rest of us. We can't cope with that pressure.
Javelina:
Dig a 3ft deep pit, burn 6ft worth of mesquite to coals.
Gut and shave the hair off the javelina, stuff with onions peppers etc and sew up belly.
Shovel half the coals off, lay in pig and cover with coals and some dirt.
About 4-5 hours later retrive pig and hatchet off burnt skin.
What is inside is good eats but I prefer ferral hog.
