Those are some nasty boater beatdowns.
Waterfalls and creeking are fun. Major fun. No need to get into cheese grater rockslides.
Of course I did a few small ones when I was young.
One time down a big snow slope into the river. Skipped across the river nearly vertical on the tail of my creek boat. Was funny as crap. Nothing like running a walled in canyon in 40 degree weather on barely melted snow, surrounded by snow. No room for a fuckup.
I have mellowed with age.
Class III or a very familiar class IV is it.
Mostly class II with momma and kids in the raft. Love spending time with them.
