Maggie’s Motivational Pic Thread v2.0 - - New Rules - See Post #1

My old company vehicle was #767, it was marked on each side. I changed my WIFI on my phone and home internet to “FBI surveillance van #767”. A few days after doing so, my neighbor came up to me really casually making conversation which ended up being a discussion about where he retired from, and some not so slick questions about exactly who I work for and what I do....I purposely kept it vague and left him wondering.

Also had an entire crew at work looking all around for the hidden FBI surveillance vehicle. Had me giggling like a little kid.

I bet you could pick up a bunch of old A+B or G routers - not hook them up- just name them and power them on in your garage to trigger some neighbors....

Just use A[C in the 5 MHZ range and pollute the old ranges with funny wifi names....

At my old house my crap bag neighbor would try to log into the WiFi, I added another Network that had a never ending redirect to nasty porn sites. It was epic when his wife saw his browser history.
You aren't going to reference nasty porn sites without sharing are you? I need data for a medical research paper I am working on.

Some folks start off at around 3rd gear and do not even look at the lower ones because there is not much weight you are dealing with. You would be using around 5 to 6 gears at most on level road. Bobtails are tricky to manage at high speeds. Locking the wheels when braking is a real thing. When I took my Class A exam I used a 6-speed. Empty 48-ft box trailer. No double clutching even required. Instructor always wanted folks to start off at 2nd gear, but I always use the lowest one for taking off from a stop. Less chance of stalling.

Ok, Thanks for the info. I'm not a truck driver but I do help a farmer buddy with his harvest. I drive a Freightliner (actually 6 different ones) about 20 days a year. They all have smaller engines and 10 speeds. When loaded I use all 10 but empty I'll start in 2nd and skip to 4th then 6th and then hit all of them. Was just curious how a real driver does it. I know driving these trucks has given me a lot of respect for the guys that drive professionally.

I've done this, I put one in a small non-descript cooler and set it in a corner at a party. It will run off a riding mower battery for days. Doesn't need any internet access to broadcast it's SSID (name). Two names come to mind "Neils Porn Router" and BonQuefa's Breakfast Kitchen.
