For the past ten years, since the Heller and McDonald cases have been decided, the lower courts have constantly ignored the precedence established and the 2nd Amendment is still treated like the bastard step-child of the Bill of Rights.
After almost ten years the Supreme Court has finally decided to hear another 2nd Amendment case out of New York. I guess they have been as asleep as Ruth Buzzy Ginsburg at a State of the Union address when it comes to the 2nd Amendment.
A skill she will undoubtably use by college if not by now. In the meantime that brain freeze that hits in the next 10 seconds will be TIA level epic.
