Charge dropped against Central NY homeowner who shot, killed 2 intruders
Ronald Stolarcyzk shot two intruders in May who were breaking into his home, police said. He was originally charged with criminal possession of a firearm. That charge was dropped Monday night.

The local DA ,and all others involved in this case didnt want Mr Stolarczyk prosecuted. All changes were quickly dismissed, and a several local lawyers are using this as groundwork to get this part of the NYS SAFT Act removed.
