My daughter found this and then called me on the phone, I was upstairs and she was downstairs, and made me come get the snake so she could go to work last Saturday.
She was afraid to go around it.
I'm fairly certain that our early freeze, 16* low after an 80* high the day before, two weeks ago forced him to seek shelter and he found it in an air intake for one of the gas appliances in the basement. Took him a week to find his way out.
I removed him and set him free next to my neighbor's yard.
