Well I tried one also. I swear it had a broccoli aftertaste. The texture was damn close, like 99.9% . But every bite I swallowed there was a lingering hint of broccoli.I've been curious about this stuff as a way to feed more people - I had one at the local hippy burger joint, tasted ok, not worth 12 bucks - who knows if it is actually nutritious.
Now I like broccoli, hell brussel sprouts are damn good. But it did not taste like a hamburger. Like thinking you have Cola in your cup and it ends up being rootbeer. Even if you like rootbeer it fucks with your head.
I doubt I will ever have one again.
