Saskatoon has great food! The wife and I often go there, if any of you are ever in Greenville SC I highly recommend them!!!
Mine was super nice, and had been in love with me since we were in first grade. However she has no shortage of anger issues due to a difficult upbringing. Father tried to sexually assault her at about 3rd grade, she fought him off and the police were called.
She next lived with a foster family for a year, then an orphanage for 5 years, and finally as a teenage adopted child. Unfortunately the father and mother who adopted her were REALLY screwed up. The father manipulated her then had sex with her almost every day for 5 years. The mother promoted this, which was terribly screwed up.
She never blew up on me, but underneath was a super volcano with an unimaginable amount of anger. She was extremely good looking, if you like tall, lean women with wide shoulders and are super strong from being a life long swimmer.

Since we are on the subject of red heads, I thought I would share this one. Her videos were linked over on the "song of the day" thread but deserve repeating here. This young lady bears a very strong resemblance to a girlfriend that I had many decades ago.
Alas, we may be seeing only the sweet side of her. Just like my red head of a bygone era I fear she may have a bite to her charm.
My Sweet Thing would ply me with adult beverages then have her way with me. The effect of getting me to promise things I would have made in an otherwise sober and circumspect state of mind.
When said promises weren't fulfilled the rage was relentless. The cycle would start over again a day or two later. Like a sheep led to slaughter, I would succumb to her charms and mixed drinks.
It finally stopped when I could no longer tolerate the dark valley times after the mountaintop experiences.
My advice to young men when contemplating a long term relationship with a red head - run - very fast - if you cherish your freedom, sanity and money. [EDIT: I know what I am talking about. I've had three ex-girlfriends who were red heads. I'm a slow learner.]

Some of us grew up watching Gilligan's Island. I watched them before re-runs! That series brought us the ever ubiquitous question of: Ginger or Mary Ann?

While a really nice sentiment, it's the wrong tactic.
Letters addressed to "any soldier" or "any wounded soldier" won't get delivered due to security concerns by USPS and the hospital/DoD regs.
And apparently that place no longer exists anyway.
If you follow the advice of that picture, your letter will most likely either be returned-to-sender or trashed.
Find a local church or Red Cross that sends care packages and get in on one of those.
As someone who saw the impact from a dusty tent overseas, I' d recommend sending your stuff "off-season", when there ISN'T a major holiday. Helps even out the support through the year.
Crayon cards from kids usually caused nice smiles and laughs.
Edited to clarify: I recommend sending those nice thoughts and useful comforts "off-season", too. Stupid autocorrect gummed some of the original message up. Merry Christmas!
