ICU, ER, and trauma nurse. Few years of FD/EMS mixed in there too.

I understand the “planning” and being prepared.
Have sat in many mtgs and conducted a lot of trainings as the student and instructor planning for disasters.
Moving on, not gonna talk about it here except when motivated by those working their butts off to be ready.
