More than once I damn near couldn't get unclipped. The time I got wrecked I got unclipped but don't know how. Somehow me and the bike got separated but I didn't do it. Hope the recovery goes well.

Happens to all riders at one time or another generally with just a bruised ego. In May of 2018 went down in a turn and foot got hung up. Wound up with a broken femur which required a large plate and pin as well as several screws. Friend said I know have salvage value.
There I put up some older and fuller women so we cant be considered agist
Funny but true we had a foreign exchange student from Sweden at our local High School some years ago who was speaking and taking questions at an assembly held for her and other exchange students.

I worked for a solid 9yrs at Nike developing, testing and delivering speedskating suits to sponsored athletes and federations.
And yeah, they're fit and usually hot.
That said....
Female speedskaters make horse women look absolutely sane.
