Unsure mate, had a wider abdomen than the sphex. I had a quick search of the interwebs and even the blue flower wasp looks a little anorexic compared to the one I saw

A midafternoon non-supercell thundershower produces a surprise EF-2 tornado which touched down near the town center, damaging power lines and ripping the roofs off of several facilities. During the entire time the funnel itself barely touched the ground but the debris cloud was apparent and highly visible. One person was reportedly killed in a collapsed residence just down the block from the location of this video...
