We have been told at my company, which is on the front lines of transporting millions of people a year, that they dont believe they can LEGALLY force us to take it... however "our job could be in jeopardy" if we refuse to take it. So I guess "legally force me to take it" is about equal to "you could be fired"...

At EMS they of course made Flu vac. available on duty. Even they couldn't force you to take it though. If you didn't you had to wear n N-95 on duty on every call but that was all. It was a Govt. job so maybe getting fired is different then private, but legally they couldn't mandate it.
With all the complaints about the photos of women in this thread makes me wonder if we need to start an 'American Bear' thread to make them happy.
