You forgot that in 1991 as Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, he tried unsuccessfully, to prevent Clarence Thomas from taking a seat on the Supreme Court.

Yeah TB was mandatory with us also. So was Hep 2 . TB was just a test not a vaccine so I get that but for whatever reason Flu was not mandatory
