I'm not sure if it's the same dog or not but clearly the owners of this dog weren't using any common sense with regard to the pup's survival.

Well pmclain, I will try and get the picture of the chain next time I am there, just for you.
I love the cold... Melbourne has reached up to 115f in summer, and it melts my english side.
You can't possible say either was a bad choice unless you know the individual.
