That law is virtually unenforceable if the first amendment is in play.

I have no interest in facing the American flag… But by the same token if it goes to the supreme court you’re gonna have a hard time.

...And as others have pointed out having a flag a T-shirt or a flag anything piece of clothing that is not made out of an actual flag is obviously not an issue.

My personal opinion is that it is fine to have a flag on a piece of clothing, but anything that looks like it was made out of a flag is a no go for me. I really hate the shitty polo shirts that look like 40% of a flag. But this is just me.
