Daughter and i were heading somewhere last week when a cinco demayo commercial came on the radio. She asked what it really is.
i began explaining that years ago a ship full mayonnaise was headed to mexico andhit a hurricane and sank losing all of the crew and mayonnaise to the ocean. So they made a national holiday out of it.
