That dude has or is building a 1400HP police interceptor charger as well. For being annoying as hell, he builds some powerhouse cars at times.
That looks like some sort of rocket booster, but the ones on the "long march" rocket are 50' tall. This looks considerably shorter.

The fighting world is funny sometimes. Just from a quick glance on any normal encounter you'd likely not see him as much of an athlete. Now and then you see what you'd think is a geek of a person until they whoop your ass and you're left picking your ego up off the floor.
