This site is privately owned, and the rules are made by Frank. You don't have to like them, but you do have to follow them. The particular guidelines you referenced are there so he doesn't have to lawyer up when some celebrity does, for example. As you can see by the thousand-plus pages in this thread, it's not particularly difficult to play nice. That said, there aren't second chances, either.

Happy reading. It is better to read more and post less til you get a feel for the Hide. You call people out they will push back harder and pile on. Then those sometimes get in the Legendary Thread. There is alot of knowledge here on all subjects and it is full of people that have done all of the things.
Try to spend more time in the informational threads and keep the Pit out of them.

Can't confirm the pictured story, but it worked for my twins. Heart rate and O2 levels stabilized with a loving touch. A nurse told us of a study that concluded that with "loving" touch vs "working" touch (something doctors/nurse/staff would do) babies, especially premature, would progress better and faster. I found the study and it included brain wave studies of these infant patients. Basically if you want your baby to get better, hold them as much as possible. It took a lot of convincing and ultimately breaking the rules, but we put the babies together.
