It will depend if your base is centered to your bore. That is hit or miss and will vary directly to the similarities in builds. You may be pretty close if you are using two identical rifles with integral scope bases, but even then it can still be off.
Get a one piece mount, zero it to one rifle, then mount the assembly on your other rifle. Record your setting adjustments for both and this should be repeatable if your equipment and methods are quality and consistent.
