Is there any picture that shows the colors side by side in similar lighting? Trying to decide on the color for a chassis and what is noted as Burnt Bronze in some images online looks just like another image showing FDE, all because of difference lighting and angles.

I know, small detail, but with this cost I want it to be what i want/like.

I know the feeling! I just went through this myself !

Hard to tell sometimes on "factory pictures"

The way it worked out for me was searching old sale adds on here and looking at actual chassis people were selling.
( no fancy effects, lighting etc)
    just good ole fashion pictures!

I Ended up going with FDE, should be here in a few days!

My son has the burn Bronze.. It is kinda like a "ricer" or maybe, sexy .... but..... a bit over the top. That said I have a chassis in an american flag... but it is a 22 ;)

thanks for the suggestions. I may just play it safe and go with black or FDE. Even with the cerakote samples its hard to get an idea of the whole chassis appearance. I do know for sure that the NRA Blue is way too light blue, but most others colors I'm not 100% what they'd look like.

you won't be disappointed with either.
I have had my hands on both, my FDE one will be here tuesday!

    The tungsten is sharp also!

Also, a bit off topic, seems the folding chassis is less common. Is that from people avoiding one more thing to break? Or are there issues with their folding mechanism that make it less than rock solid?

I hated that my Whiskey 3 didn't fold and love that my TAC A1 does fold. Much easier for cleaning. And the TAC A1 locks up very solid.

Thanks. That is definitely better than what I've seen. But even with that the picture for tungsten at this link looks a whole lot darker than above image. And gunmetal and tungsten look almost the same. I wish I had a local stocking dealer in the Seattle area.

I have owned Tungsten and Gunmetal and they are not close. Gunmetal is silver and Tungsten is a dark graphite grey as expected.
