Reticles are very personal choices. I actually use a few, from the clean NF Mil-R and S&B P4F to the Hourus H58/59 and T-2/3. I find the MSR in the middle. You have the option of clean, or the complex ranging possibilities. I like it a lot.
Only one word or caution: Steiner and S&B, and I assume others, will be releasing a new MSR (Steiner calls it MSR2) in the summer, so that might mean a) you want to wait and get the newer MSR, or b) if you like the current MSR, you might have a chance to pick-up gently used scope for a discount, for those who are upgrading. I have already heard from several guys looking to trade-up. The newer reticle has more open space at the middle and some different illumination areas. I forget the details, but it looked like Finnaccuracy was addressing some concerns about the middle cross interfering with the target.
