I have not. I don’t believe that you would go wrong with either though.
Can't speak for those, but I have two Liberty .22 cans, the Essence and the Regulator. Both are great and both are monocore cans and both are the same size. The Essence is all titanium and has a more complex baffle stack; it's very light and was one of the most quiet ones made when it came out, but costs more than the Regulator. The Regulator is cheap, simpler even than the Essence with a super simple monocore baffle stack, only has four chambers. It has a SS core and Ti sleeve, weighs like one or two ounces more than the Essence, so like five ounces I guess. No tools to takedown. It's quieter with even less to no FRP, which is important with .22 cans. With 1cc water, it's almost silent. So quiet I put the Essence on a 10/22 SBR and the Regulator on a Walther PPK/S despite it being slightly heavier simply because the Regulator is so quiet the action noise becomes the loudest component and the Walther just makes less noise cycling. That's quiet.
So yeah, even two cans by the same mfg. and of similar style can be a good deal different. I also have the Pinnacle 2 integral 10/22 barrel. It has a 12" monocore and it's peerless, even more quiet than the thread ons. Most quiet weapon I have.
You just wanna make sure it's takedown and ideally not aluminum. In fact, no aluminum, there's plenty of excellent options to bother with aluminum. Low or ideally no FRP is probably more important than overall silence, so look for that. Look for reviews and see if over time they come out of alignment. Other than that, it's hard to say who has the most quiet .22 can today.

TBAC is my goto for precision rifle cans. And for the Ultra 5, pretty much peerless in it's class. Never got to try the TBAC can, would've gotten one but the Regulator looked very good and the .22 TBAC wasn't out yet. So I can't say much with respect to performance or FRP.
Another I don't know much about but gets generally good reviews I think (you'd have to research it, find out materials, takedown, FRP, performance, etc.) but I just got a sale ad from Quantico/Proven Arms and Outfitters. They're a pretty good company and hire vets and former military. They have discounts for mil/LE/vet and it really adds up. They take pretty good care of me. Anyway, they have a Surefire Ryder .22 for $199 I figured I'd bring up, says it's normally a $430 can, but I can't say anything about it. Worth you're looking into, and again, if you purchase other stuff and it adds up, they may even throw one in for free. Can't hurt to ask.
So other than Liberty, I can't say much. Not a fan of Liberty monocore rifle cans, they cater to the sporting/hunting crowd, but their .22 cans are spot on. They just are. But like I said, any of the good quality mfg.'s probably won't let you down provided you make sure it has those needed attributes, takedown, etc. FRP and performance, well, that's up to you to determine the best through research and this was a good start.
There's another site, Silencer reviews, Silencer talk, whatever, you'd have to look it up, but they compare 'em all and use dB meters and sorta make a science out of it. Some of it I think they want you to join, it's been a while since I went there, but there's still good info regarding reviews and comparisons by suppressor nerds. It's their thing.
But you have a lot of good opinions on here already and I don't think you can go wrong. As for the comparisons you wanted, you'd be better off finding that site, that's what they do.
I appreciate the replies. I’m inclined to just by the tbac and be done with it. But lots of people have good alternative suggestions. A local dealer has a few I can test drive at the next match. I will keep y’all posted on my impressions.
That’s pretty much the route I went. I found a TBAC 22 Takedown on sale for $100 cheaper than what most Masks were selling for so that’s what I picked up. Plus, it’ll match my Ultra 9CB that’s also still in jail ?
Unless I find good evidence that another can has much better group precision, I plan on going for the Q el Camino.
From own experience and I think the El Camino is very smartly designed. Only needing the front end cap to remove baffles, No unscrewing suppressor body from rear end. No having to put baffles in certain order and using baffles should have virtually no leak .

The 22 ELR match before SHOT in NV was won by our engineer Kurtis. 3 shots under 3" at 550 with a 22-TD.
Impressive. Definitely moves tbac up.
So what us the purpose of the mount unscrewing from body vs the q. Where its just the front end cap.
My first and only so far rimfire can was a mistake. I totally regret it. After I bought it I really been dissecting future cans
One of the many dislikes is that fact. Sometimes I have to use a hook wrench to take it off because the body wants to unthread.
Also why are first two tbac baffles numbered?

I have a few TBAC and Silencerco Sparrows and very much prefer the TBAC over the Sparrow...
My sparrow definitely has a first and maybe second round pop that is quite a bit louder then the first round out of the Tbac... once you get the sparrow full of gas it sounds much better... but the first two are noticeably louder... if you’re just out plinking it’s not a big deal... but if you need to shoot your neighbors cat with one quiet shot you wont get it...
Not really... the sparrow is a monocore and the Tbac is a baffle style... they both come apart the same way... there’s more pieces to the Tbac but usually the first few are the only really dirty ones... I don’t clean them nearly as often as I maybe should though...
I have a Checkmate(horrible buy, should have done more research), its monocore, When ordered it they were the click together baffles, but they changed to design midway. and I ended up with a monocore, horrible design for 22, since you get all that 22 residue on the body, you have to clean regularly to avoid getting the monocore stuck.
My first rimfire suppressor was a TBAC 22L-1... I like it a bunch, but it doesn't come apart and it's kind of big... I then got a few Sparrows as I thought both the size and the ability to take it apart would be a huge plus... which it is... but the frp sucks especially in a pistol... then the TBAC takedowns came out... they are great and I have no issues with the ones I have...
I have several different suppressors - both monocore and baffle. Biggest difference - some first round pop with monocore, but the ease of cleaning a monocore over baffles tends to make up for the first round pop.

If you look at the mask and tbac 22 cans they are almost the exact same design. Just pick one, they are both very good. I have the mask, which has a nice low tone....this will determine how it sounds over others. Just do not get a mono core, no aluminum. K baffles, titanium, stainless steel are the way to go. They get dirty as fuck, this makes cleaning easy.
You can also look at the specter II, but its a small bit older design....but good also. I think the mask and td are the two best one out atm.

Waste imho. My mask came with a nomax bag, you can just use it to take off if its hot.
I don’t have a cover on any of my rimfire cans...I shoot subsonic 22K Hornet through them and they don’t get hot...
I have four monocore cans, a Mystic X, two different Liberty cans, a Regulator and an Essence, and also an integral Pinnacle 2 10/22 barrel.
There is nothing wrong with monocore baffles in a .22. Depending on design, some need to be cleaned after 200rds. but the newer one I have, the Regulator can go several hundred. It's not really an issue and heating up or soaking or just using a US cleaner will do away with stuck baffles.
The Regulator is by far the best .22 can I've seen, used or heard. No FRP, quiet, action noise is by far louder than the shot so this one goes on my quietest platform, a PPK/S. When 1cc water is used, holy shit, the only sound then is the clack of the action. The Pinnacle is a 12" monocore baffle and it does so well the only sound again is the action of the 10/22.
Now I'm not a big fan of monocore in general and the only non-.22 I have is that Mystic X which I'll probably use in an "integral" 9mm carbine. It's not bad, but it's not great either. The monocore .22 cans are fine though, and when I bought the Essence it was both the quietest AND the lightest one available at the time. Then the Regulator came out and it's even quieter and only weighs 1oz. more than the Essence.
If someone made a better .22 can at the time I got these, I'd have went that route. But I stand by my Liberty .22 cans. Not a big fan of their rifle cans exactly, they seem more tailored to hunters, etc., but when it comes to .22 cans they're kinda my go to now. I know I'm in the minority here, but I don't care. I've got enough cans from enough mfg.'s and played with enough to know what I'm looking at.
Nothing wrong with TBAC or Sico, not knocking them at all. I own a few of each and love 'em. I just don't feel their .22 cans though offer anything the Liberty monocores don't.
I would throw the Rugged Oculus into the suggestions as well. If you plan on using it on a bolt gun you can run it in the short configuration and not lose any performance while saving length and weight (not much but it’s there)
