Muzzle brake interchangeability and recommendation(s)

I have an AXMC with a 6.5cm bbl as well as a 300nm bbl. It's my understanding they are both threaded 5/8x24. Assuming this is accurate, can I swap the Area 419 brake for my 300nm and use it on my 6.5cm?

Separately, any recommendations for a light weight but effective brake? The Area 419 brakes appear highly rated but 1/2lb seems a bit much.

Most certainly as long as you obviously choose the 30 cal brake to begin with.
I went with the Hellfire because of the suppressor adapters that can also be used with the system along with tooless simple removal.
