My first Remington 700

I posted a while back about getting on. I've got a big project ahead of me, but I've finally been able to get out at play with it. I need to bush hog my field so I can shoot prone and see what groups I can get.

I got my bolt know machined and installed. I started machining my 20 moa base for it but haven't finished.

Yeah. I lucked out and got one with the xmark trigger than can be externally adjusted. We had another one in the shop that had a different type of it, the same as the VTR's, but it was the older x mark trigger.

After I get the base machined I will be getting a manners stock for it, then better glass, and then blueprint the action.
