Made scope adjustments and switched to Hornady BLACK ammo 140 HPBT. I recall this ammo doing better in the vanguard as well, but not this well. Obviously I need to adjust back to right a bit. Low shot also went off prematurely. Need to adjust trigger, or just replace. Three shots touching measured 1/4”.

Lastly, my young 9 year old son shot it once. I think he did great! If you reference my last group shot placement, you will notice his shot would have landed right in there touching my three.
TT just arrived. Will install in a bit.
One concern I have is the rear action screw protruding enough to contact bottom of bolt slightly when the bolt is pulled open. This is when tightened to 45 in/lbs.

I’d just grind a couple threads off the rear bolt. I have seriously had to grind so many action screws that it is ridiculous. I kind of expect it at this point.
Can I get a good suggestion for 30mm rings?
I can’t decide if I want low rings to go on top of the installed rail or if I want medium high ring/ bases (like Tally’s) to mount directly to receiver.
Ideas? Needs to be similar flat blackish color.

ARC M-Brace... Low on the 700, if you're running 20MOA and a 50mm objective will fit just fine.

Talley's are fine. If you order the ultra-light use a torque screwdriver and follow the instructions.
My LGS has been carrying Sig Alpha rings for $99. They've been as solid as anything. I have a few pairs of Leupold Backcountry also not ever had an issue for $99.
There's one place to not skimp on a rifle build...And that's your rings. It's what holds your scope in place, guaranteeing your zero won't shift, in order to be a reliable precision instrument. Cheap rings give poor results...Personal experience. A good set of rings is worth the money.

I’m not wanting to go cheap. It’s just $200 is bit much right now. I’ve got several Tally rings on rifles with no issues so probably will go that route. Main question now is do I get rings to mount onto top rail, or stand alone rings and remove the top rail. I lean towards the latter. I think medium height will provide enough clearance for a 50 mm scope but my Hawke currently is a 42mm I think. Also (sorry for all the questions) I have to figure out what type of screw threads are on top of my receiver to choose correct screws for mounts.
It’s very likely 6-48, that is the stock Remington factory screw size for scope base mounting screws. The only way it would be 8-40 is if a gunsmith did some custom work and opened them up. Easiest way to tell (unless you already have a bunch of screws you know the thread pitch and size on) is go to your local hardware store, spend $0.50 on 1x 6-48 screw and 1x 8-40 and see which fits.
EPI is who imported the rifle from Great Britain.
Your rifle was either exported as new to the UK by Remington or imported in as used by a British individual. Either way it had to pass proof at a UK proof house before being sold at retail or released to its private importer.
It had to be reimported into the US and I believe the US importer is required by law to engrave their trade name on the firearm.

Wrong. It was manufactured by Remington and sold at retail in the UK, either as new or second hand.
As soon as the rifle arrived in the UK it went to one of their proof houses (Birmingham in this case). Firearms cannot be sold at retail in the UK unless they pass proof at one of the government proof houses. That applies to all domestic firearms before they leave the manufacturer and to all imported ones regardless if they're new or used.
I believe the only exception that exists is for imported firearms that have already passed proof at another CIP- registered proof house. No such proof houses exist in the US.
