Thanks everyone! I am visiting some family and found it in a binder with his Army discharge papers and POW letters that were rescued from the old family home and haven't been looked at. I was surprised because he didn't enter active service until February, 1941. He used to talk about shooting competition for extra leave and other such anecdotes. When I saw this I about jumped out of my shoes.

One of the things of which I am acutely aware is the rich history associated with Camp Perry. When I shoot there, I feel like the ghosts of several generations of former shooters are looking on. I hope my performance meets their approval, and my conduct honors their memory.
