My Most Special Place.

Ya know I have travelled a lot of the World but there is one place that I hold above all others And that is the Vietnam Veterans Memorial In Washington DC, I just watched a rerun of NCIS called Silent Night Series 6 Episode 11 and It choked me up,

To me the World did not say thank you to all those Guys who gave all they had to give and to Those Who Gave and never knew it even when they came home, Out of all Human beings These are the Guys that I hold so High, Every time I see that wall it chokes me up, being an Aussie I have known quite a few Guys that went over there and I know there are a lot of guys here that made that same journey, So I just want to say Thank you and to tell you all that you do matter and you mean the World to Me and I am So proud of you.

i get ya, for me it's the Korean war memorial that i get that feeling from, but i do really dig the turn around from the population regarding how they feel about the troops now. Experiencing the other side sucked ass.

Yeah My Dad went to Korea Twice,, He never spoke of it, All I knew was what is Sister said about it but after that he then got shipped of elsewhere,
