Borden built 284win with twin threaded Bartlein 30" barrels, Borden RimRock action,Jewell trigger, Mcmillian MRB stock , Spuhr mount, March 5-40x56mm scope etc.
I did all the polishing for the chrome look and a good freind of mine and famous airbrush artist Von Otto did the airbrush for me to top it off.

She's curing more in the gun vise out in the sun now. Pics aren't like looking at in person of course but still good.

See what you fella's think.

Thanks guys, I had the paint idea and let him run with it you might say .

At 100yrds it shoots one hole with easy and I've only fired it 10 times . It was almost dark last night by the time I got setup at 400yrds and still shot under 1/2moa easy. Once I get time to fine tune it ill hopefully be posting up some 1/4" groups at 400.

It's a Long action.

OK...lots of BLING, but how does it shoot? I'm pretty traditional when it comes to rifles, so the "bling factor" doesn't really interest me a lot....what I always want to know is how it SHOOTS!! Me, I'd rather have a rifle that looks like a mud fence, but shoots absolutely lights out than have a rifle that is all show and no GO....Now if you can get SHOW and GO all into one package, that would be OK, I guess.

BTW, are you having any luck obtaining brass for the .284 or are you forming it from maybe 6.5-284?
