My new POF P308 W/ Vortex Viper PST

I sold my ar15 and 700 replaced them with a new ar10. A POF P308 16.5". I put a vortex Viper pst 2.5-10x32 ffp scope on it with Warne maxima qd rings. I'm also trying out some offset iron sights. So far I only have 50 round through this. I'll get some more range time tomorrow and see how it groups fgmm at 100 yards.

I have a different fore end and two more mags on the way from POF.

Here's the rail I ordered, it's supposed to cut 10 ounces off the front of the rifle.

With cheap steel case it's not very impressive. But with fgmm it's punching one ragged hole if I do my part. I only had time to shoot two groups with the good stuff.

The trigger is crisp, but way to heavy. It's definitely on my list of changes. Along with a different pistol grip to fit my giant hands. I think I mostly just need more time behind it. I'm used to a 13 lb bolt gun.

For cost reasons, I did the same thing originally. Then I realized that I don't ever shoot my ar15. And said screw it, why not sell it and my bolt gun. And buy what I wanted in the first place.
