My new Savage 17 HMR finally done.

Hey all,

Just finished assembling my new Savage. I hated that tupperware stock so my DIP lower metal and my Boyd's Rimfire Hunter both came today.

Damn camera phone gave the pictures a blue tint and doesn't do the stock justice. It really is a very nice fitting stock and accommodates the 50mm Viper HS 4-16x I have on there. Squirrels watch out.

Anybody ever bed a Boyds Rimfire Hunter before? Doesn't look like there's a lot to the guts of the stock to bed to.
