My New Savage Build

I finally finished my Savage 300WM yesterday. I'm very happy with the way it came out.

Here are some of the specs:

Manners T4 with 3 color GAP
Shilen Select barrel
YHM Brake
CDI Bottom Metal
Phoenix knob from Keith at PCR, flawless work!
AI ten round mag from Triad Tactical (It's a VERY long magazine)
SSS trigger
Limbsaver recoil pad
Bolt fluting by Longrifles Inc.
Triad Tactical's Large Stock Pack
Atlas bipod from Triad

I want to say that Manners in a top notch company to deal with. Their customer service cannot be beat.

It's very well made, fit and finish are great. I'm ordering another one soon for a .243 build.

If you're ordering for a Savage though, order soon, when I ordered mine, it took a month to get it. No knock on CDI, it was worth the wait.

I'm not sure, I'm taking it out Friday, to try some new loads, so I hope it reduces it pretty well.

Very nice barrel nut build! Did Manners do the stock paint? I'm starting down the same road with a LRP in .260 Rem.

Yes sir, I love the GAP camo, and Manners did a fantastic job, both with the paint and the stock's quality. You won't regret buying one.

Beautiful! I'm in the parts gathering process for a 300 WM build at this time. Your complete rifle is not helping my patience any! Mine will be Remington/Mcree's based. Looking forward to hearing a range report on this Savage! CKruse
