It's AWESOME!!! If I take someone there, I blindfold them so that they don't know how to get there... JK
If you go to this link, you'll see the sat map. From the main road to where the target is, it's about 2300 yards. I can move the target up the hill and stretch out 3000 yards.

Oh wow... I have just now been opened up to some of the BLM land around my town, and 1 spot looks like I will be able to stretch out to around 1200 safely. I was thrilled about my area, but it is public and not private like yours.

z71rat, how did you find out where the BLM land was? I must be retarded cause I just can't seem to find any. If you could PM me with tips that'd be great.

The best I can do at my place is a little over 400. I've got a dozer coming in a month or so to hopefully open that up a little more. If someone came up with the right offer, I'd be moving west tomorrow.

For the most part... But if there is anymore than 15-20mph from the west, it makes for some pretty interesting changes at the bottom of that valley...

Nice range! At first I thought just another guy shooting through the corn. Then I looked at the close-up and realized those are trees, not corn!

Ha! Corn... Good one... For the most part, we can't seem to grow good corn up here... Our growing season is warm enough for long enough
