I have had no problems in shipping rifles from Nj. Yes NJ. The local UPS stores won't do it, something about each is privately owned part of a franchise bullshit and its their policy, but I am fortunate enough to live close to a UPS hub with a walk up desk with CS. I simply walk in and they may or may not inspect the contents based on the amount of insurance i insure it for. This is of course going from me to an FFL. Ammo too, you just need to put ORMD labels all over it.
