Sorry posted about this 2-3 weeks ago -that exact video clip and story. I’m on my game and you suck 
I have been so deep into the Ducks 1911 thread it's all I can do to keep up.
To be honest, this one doesn't really bother me nearly as much.
It seems the bad behaviour was confined to the police station and acted out at the police by well their superior fellow officer.
No citizens were beaten up or murdered or had their lives destroyed or were held hostage or had their property taken or destroyed.
So I can't say I'm going to get all riled up or hot and bothered about this one.

The question I ended the original post with was - was this guy completely insane for an entire law enforcement career or did he just snap and start shitting on the floor , mailing people dildos and stabbing them with needles and putting drugs in the office coffee pot on day after he was promoted ?

Being as they are suing him, I wonder if they win, who pays up? They didn't report them till he started cutting their hrs/pay. Does he pay or do the tax payers.

When someone at work shits on the floor - they may not be arrested - fired most likely- when some at work gives people used didldos , stabs people with needles and drugs the office coffee pot the only they don’t get arrested is if their co workers (in this case gang members) are just as corrupt and INSANE as the guy shitting on his office floor.
