I hope this is true. Other states should quit listening to that cockbreathstate to announce they will not abide by bidens $600 reporting policy.
saw it posted last nite, still trying to find out more. Ricketts has shown some balls lately, so this wouldn't surprise meI hope this is true. Other states should quit listening to that cockbreat
FixedI hope this is true. Other states should quit listening to Washington
I will say that during my years in law enforcement, there was a reason we never released the amount of money taken in a bank robbery. It was to discourage more robberies. It was not uncommon for robbers to get some pretty good change in a robbery, and the percentage that were caught was fairly low.Honestly who needs FDIC? Ain't like the freakin' 40s with gangsters robbing banks on the regular.
Even when banks get hit, what do they lose? A few grand that they hand over from a drawer?
I swear if people would just try living without the government tit in their mouth for a few months they'd see how little they really need it.
In a perfect world, or strict interpretation of the language of the 10th Amendment, the power not delagated to the United States, nor prohibited, are reserved for the states...(I'm paraphrasing). ie. Marijuana...voting rights, vaccine mandates? If federal power is left unchallenged, it grows exponentially with each passing administration. This, if enacted would be adjudicated. And while I share your skepticism, it's nice to see people stand up, push back once in awhile, even if unsuccessfully.Hi,
Can someone explain how a State announcing they will not abide by the policy IF it even passes has anything to do with a bank actually abiding by the policy (IF passed)? State doesn't own or run the banks.
This looks like nothing more than same pandering of the "2A Sanctuary States" and the "Made here, used here, legal here States" in regards to the NFA.....Ask the guy in Arkansas (IIRC) how making that suppressor worked out for him even though he was within the States "law"....
Show me a State that says it will revoke the business and occupancy licenses of any bank that cooperates with this policy IF it passes and you will have shown something that has bite and not just bark.
Sincerely,
Theis
YepRicketts is no different than any other nominally conservative politican. Talks a good game but doesn't actually DO shit. Talks about no mandates, but does nothing when the university system goes ahead and institutes one anyway. My wife, a nursing professor at the med center, is most likely out of a job in the next couple months and is dealing with a metric ton of shit every day from these dumb fucksticks. Wrote to the good governor about the inconsistency between his words and the actions around the state institution. Surprise, surprise. She's never gotten a response.

FIFYTake all your money out and spend it on all the shit youalways wantedneed after the music stops.
You have to beat the government to it because that's what they're going to do with your money.
What they don't blow on cocaine and hookers will be spent on more enforcement thugs.
Agree. This needs more teeth. But it is a start and certainly better than silently taking everything from DC up the rectum.Hi,

Amazingly over a decade after passage very few people are aware of the bail in provision or how it would be rolled out. Especially important to those who advocate keeping cash as a 'safer' alternative to investing. As DF is written the financial institutions would only use money above a depositors $250k FDIC threshold for the bail in, but the last nod of trust I'd ever give is a bank facing insolvency or a bank run.Dodd Frank made the FDIC obsolete.
That last sentence is how everyone who disapproves of this shit should let the banks know before hand, in their language.Amazingly over a decade after passage very few people are aware of the bail in provision or how it would be rolled out. once u deposit "your" money in the bank, it becomes "their" money, just ask them.Amazingly over a decade after passage very few people are aware of the bail in provision or how it would be rolled out.
