Need 20" Flat Top 1:9 Twist 5.56 Suggestions

Got a buddy who's lookin for an upper in the above specs. I've been on some mfg's sites lookin and can't seem to find one so far. If anyone knows who makes one, please let me know. Thank you Very much in advance.

He wanted an M&P, but I started looking at BCM and Stag first, didn't see one on S&W's site, and will keep looking towards Colt, LMT, and others but if anyone knows a maker off hand, I'd appreciate it.

Midway USA sells Del-Ton 20". I recall a complete upper in the mid 400 range with bolt.

I'd like to talk him into an MK12 upper, but it's only 18". Stag's is 24" and bull bbl, so that's probably off the table. Not sure he's sold on the RR yet, so hopefully there's some other makers.

DPMS Bull 20"

My dad has one and it shoots good. Prefect for P dogs.
