Gunsmithing Need a barrel threaded in Southern Missouri

Title says it all. I need to get a barrel threaded for a brake. I'm in Southern Missouri. Any suggestions? I'd like to drive it there instead of screwing with shipping and all.

Just make the drive North, worth the trip. Several SH members reside in the KC metro area, maybe eat some good BBQ after you drop off your rig for mod.

It's 6-7 hours to KC from here.

I'll just ship it to them if I can't find someone within 2 hours. Any idea on what there turnaround time is on something like that?

Turn around would have to be confirmed by GAP, but all the people I know have had completion times of 7-10 business days.

I guess I am just spoiled to live 15 minutes from GAP's shop.
