funny thing when i first started reading on this site i thought wow why would i spend 2000 on a scope, well i went and shot my 308 out to 500 and realized that my 200.00 scope didnt cut it. couldnt imagine trying 1k with it. lol

That's why I'm buying Nightforces now. I suck, so gear helps make up the deficit. To a point.
But, I'd rather have gear I can't use to it's potential than be limited by my gear.
