Rifle Scopes Need advise from the scope gurus.

I just purchased a PC9 carbine and want to mount a 4x very light weight scope on it. Light weight is a priority so I was thinking about a 22 rimfire scope. Is that possible???

Seems more suited for a good red dot than a 4x

Red dot would be your best bet. Some popular options are below.

1. Vortex Strikefire II
2. Vortex SPARC AR Red Dot
3. SIG-Romeo MSR
4. Leupold Freedom RDS 1x34

A red dot is much more suited to that rifle.

PC9 sorta screams red dot to me, but to each his own. I would put Crimson Trace CTS-1400 on it.

If you want a light weight scope, SWFA SS Ultralight 2.5-10x32 at less than 10 ounces should be on your list.

Unfortunately Weaver discontinued their V3 1-3x20, but it would be a really good option.

Leupold VX-Freedom 1.5-4x20 is also pretty light weight.

I put an Aimpoint PRO on mine. It's working out great for me.

Definitely a red dot like an Aimpoint T-2. Lightweight, compact, and very durable.

Vx3i 1.5-5 is a sweet little scope, very light, and good glass.
