Hunting & Fishing Need help finding good boar hunt in TX or OK area

SO.....I went to book a hunt that I had been planning for about a year, and the place is booked up solid. I am looking for a place in Eastern OK or TX, around the first full weekend in April, 2012. I figured I would ask here for some good reccomendations that are resonably priced, and a 2-3 day fair chase hunt (with no dogs). I am planning on bringing my father, and two teenage sons. A few x-military finds will join the hunt, and meet at our choosen location.
I have googled, but am looking for real world recommedations, from people that have hunted the locations.

I know of several high fence places but I am not sure if that is fair chase in your book.

Red Dirt Boar Ranch is pretty good. You will see ALOT of pigs.

No Mercy outfitting is pretty good too. It is a much more difficult hunt than the Red Dirt place. There is plenty of animals though.

Check out Wild River Ranch near Goliad Texas. We use night vision, thermal, and provide suppressed AR's, lodging and meals all as part of the package.

This ranch is badass. It is owned by a buddy of mine, hes an X-Games freestyle snowmachine rider and does this in his off time. Hes got some killer hogs on his property along with every kind of wild game from africa you could think of. Happy hunting

I live in east central Oklahoma, we have lots of hogs, but do not know of any "Lease for Hogs", however, there is a lot of land owned by weahouser paper company in the south end of Haskell County. People hunt there all the time and they dont care..tens of thousands of acres with lots of hogs, I hunt a ranch near there and kill several every year while deer hunting...

absolutely unreal hog hunting. 1000,000 acres of wild ass texas country. South of Childress about 60 miles, or south west of Whichita Falls. Great food, Lodging, Guides, coyotes, bobcat, snakes. Some of the best waterfoul hunting you will ever see and great people. Last year it was $340.00 per day everything included, 3 days if you like or you can hunt 2 days. April is getting a little late as alot of ranches are doing Turkey and hogs become secong on the list and it is getting hotter by then. Hogs get alot more nocturnal. end of Feburary and early march are better.

What are you looking to do? Theres a place just south of DFW that will guarantee you a shot for 75 bucks a piece. We saw a buch of hogs when we went and I ended up taking one with a bow....


No lodging or anything like that...just meet up early in the AM and start walking or sit in a blind...whatever you prefer.

I live in carlsbad and i'm looking for a place to hunt hogs from around lubbock down to midland/odessa and west to the nm state line i am 41 and my brother is 30 we are bothcourteous hunters and we respect land owner rights we are building traps as well.

I have a buddy who runs hunts out by Abilene $150/day 2 hogs a day any size. Catches wild hogs and releases them onto his place. Its about 120 acres or so. Its set up more for a youth or beginner or someone wanting some guaranteed pork chops.
