need help identifying old binoculars - PICS ADDED

I have a pair of old binoculars that are in need of a prism, I have no idea of where they are from nor who made them. I want to say Russian as they have a aluminum name plate and are that metallic gray 'hammered" paint.

Here are some pictures, since posting here a Russian friend has advised they are "Russian pipe Border binoculars.

I'm in need of 1 prism but could use two as both are chipped, one is just visible when viewing.

Couldn't find any prisms, but I did find a replacement lens.
